Horse Show House in Dublin

I tested fish and chips but wasn’t so tasty, it has no salt at all. Maybe some other dish could be better

Lovely place! Great pint. Now....I was about 4 metres in the door before I saw anyone (and it was pretty empty) but the lad that greeted me was pleasant. I came in because the fish and chips had great reviews, but I was drawn to the lasagna. Should have gone with the fish? The portion was rather small, and no seasoning on the mince to speak of. Nice amount of cheese. The menu said it came with chopped salad, it was a few dressed leaves. (Maybe that's a misunderstanding on my part) I think 17 quid would have been plenty, not the 21 I paid. Maybe it was an off day.

Food was absolutely incredible, service fast and efficient.

Tried the nachos. Fresh, well served, genuinely tasty. The place has a cozy vibe and was nice and quiet around lunchtime, which made it perfect to relax and actually enjoy the food. Good spot if you want something chill, comfortable and well done without the rush. Would happily go back.

Guinness top class, staff were excellent understanding and turkey and ham was fabulous 👏👏👏

Great spot after anything at the RDS

Normally enjoy the outside bar area after rugby. My go-to place actually. However on this occasion the outside bar was restricted to a South African rugby supporters group on a major match day which was very disappointing.

Just got pint ,not sure about food but it looks good

This bar/pub has become noticeably more expensive recently, with prices increasing significantly. It used to be a great pre-match spot, but the recent price hikes have made it less appealing.
