Normally enjoy the outside bar area after rugby. My go-to place actually. However on this occasion the outside bar was restricted to a South African rugby supporters group on a major match day which was very disappointing.

This bar/pub has become noticeably more expensive recently, with prices increasing significantly. It used to be a great pre-match spot, but the recent price hikes have made it less appealing.

Great meal, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Would recommend 👍

Popular, reasonably priced, food good, will be back

Stopped into The Horse Show House for a quick bite during a break from the RDS and went for the soup and sandwich combo it was perfect. The food came out quickly, was piping hot, and tasted amazing. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making it a really pleasant stop. Great service and great food highly recommend!

We had a delicious dinner here. The food was good and there was a vegetarian option, which is always appreciated. The staff was very friendly and attentive. It was definitely one of our best meals while in Dublin.
