Marian baked a stunning tall coffee cake (10-inch diameter) for our family party, and it completely exceeded expectations. It looked incredible on the table, so well executed and beautifully finished, but the real surprise was that it tasted even better than it looked (and it looked great!). The texture was perfect, light yet rich, and the flavour was outstanding. Every slice disappeared quickly. A truly exceptional cake, made with real skill and care. Marian was also a pleasure to work with, with excellent, clear, and straightforward communication.
I cannot thank Marian enough for the fabulous cake she baked for a big birthday in the family. Not only was it delicious, she really made magic of the design and we'll all be talking about the cake for years to come. I cannot recommend this service highly enough!
