Il Valentino Bakery & Cafe in Dublin

Small cafe. Tasty pastries especially their croissants. Chai latte is good too.

A small nice cafe and bakery place. I do understand why it's a favourite for a lot of tech folks in this area as it's an easily accessible place to sit for coffee. But talking about what I had here: 1. Hot chocolate was just basic and didn't enjoy it at all. I'd give it 2.5 or 3 out of 5. 2. I also had pistachio cannoli and that was quite basic too.

Very poor service, but great cakes

Is this place Italian? Feels like it, haven’t tasted that quality since being in Italy, the dedication and craft to have things just right, the coffee temperature, taste , the crispiness of the pastries 🥐 , highering the standard in the area for sure, I enjoyed very much

This is a lovely spot for coffee and pastries. Their coffee is absolutely delicious, though it does feel a bit pricey. The food is generally good, but there have been times when it’s been a bit stale, and the quality isn’t always consistent. When it’s fresh, though, it’s fantastic! Overall, a great place. Can get very busy at times but I’ve always found the service to be fast and efficient.

Went there during closing on a Saturday and as expected most of the items on shelf were sold out. We ordered our coffees - Flat white & Cappuccino and were asked to take-out which we understand as they wanted to close. The staff was polite though. Coffees tasted decent but would definitely try this place for their pastries next time. They have an outside sitting area as well which is perfect for sunny weather, regardless even the docks view was worth it.

We just arrive 6:20 pm and sit for coffe, 6:30 they told was closing already and all the food was packed, if it close at 7pm and not 6:30, really bad :(

Great selection of cakes and pastries which are delicious. The coffee is gorgeous. The atmosphere is always good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Me encanta Il Valentino y visitar tan a menudo como pueda como su café es el mejor. Desafortunadamente soy alérgica al gluten, así que no hay opciones para mí cuando se trata de delicias sabrosas. ¿Tal vez tener una opción que la gente de GF podría tener sería una buena idea?

Nous avons uniquement testé les chocolate twist qui s'apparente à ce qu'on appelle des suisses chez nous ou des tresses/torsades au chocolat. C'était délicieux, nous avons tellement aimé que nous y sommes retournés le lendemain. En revanche c'est cher 3,85€ par viennoiserie à ce prix là heureusement que c'est bon.
