Indigo in Dublin

The place isn't everything, you don't really feel welcomed, the staff is a bit of a jerk, except at breakfast, but for the bar, no, the staff really leaves something to be desired. The room then, for the price of an exclusive, is nothing exclusive. Not up to expectations, and don't trust the photos. Otherwise the hotel itself is pretty, but once again, the location is not everything. So I don't recommend it.

I adored my stay in the beautiful Clontarf Castle Hotel. Such a stunning hotel with beautiful surroundings. Staff were so lovely and couldn't be more helpful. Clontarf itself is so beautiful and this hotel is the absolute gem of Clontarf. Highly highly recommend ♥️

Absolutely gorgeous hotel and extremely happy we stayed here. We arrived late so unfortunately we weren’t able to stay as long as we wanted due to airline/arrival issues. Everyone we talked to about the hotel also had wonderful things to say about it. Only one missed mark with room service but the fabulous woman at the front desk - Beth i believe - made up for any issue we had. Thank you for a great stay!

If all your plans are in the center of Dublin it will take you about an hour to get there by walking, but you can use Uber as we did on our visit and at most it will take you about 20 minutes to get to many important parts or meeting places for tours such as the Thorn Monument. The room was super comfortable and without a doubt if staying in a castle is in your plans, this is a magnificent option. The service was very good and needs such as food and drinks are covered in the Castle's restaurant and bar. It is a unique place to visit and without a doubt it has a lot of history to know and share.

A lovely cosy historic castle hotel. Its full of character. The staff are all just so lovely. They couldnt do enough for us. There is a very good selection for breakfast, there were vegan & vegatarian options. Our evening meal we had in the bar and it too was exellent, beautifully served too. We cannot reccomend Clontarf Castle highly enough.

The hotel is beautiful, the service is very attentive and the breakfast is delicious. The location is rather outside but with Uber you can get to the city center in 20 minutes for around €20. It was definitely an experience to stay there.
