Inn on the Green in Dublin

Absolutely fantastic service and staff friendliness!! The bar staff 👍 a good laugh and helpful. Reception staff very polite and friendly. The valet guys delivered an outstanding service I have to say. Lovely interior and style. Rooms bit too warm, bad smell of heating oil entered the room early morning and noisy from 4am with trucks and other noises. Did not have a good night sleep. The other downside is that you can't order some nice barfood or room service. The Location is perfect, right on Stephens green.

Very good hotel in a very central location for St Stephens Green, Grafton Street and Temple Bar. Great decor, good selection at breakfast. Great views from our room with an added advantage of a balcony with table and chairs.

Although we only stayed one evening at the Fitzwilliam, we wished we stayed longer! This was absolutely the best hotel experience we’ve had. The rooms were lovely, the food at the breakfast delicious, and by far the best part of the stay was the extremely accommodating, helpful, and friendly staff. Each person, from the reservations manager to the waiters at the restaurant, went above and beyond and did what they could to ensure we had the best stay. There were so many extra little but wonderful things that made our visit special. We last minute arrived very early in the morning for our stay and they quickly put together our room for us. Again, above and beyond! Our room was very quiet, bed was comfortable, everything was incredibly clean. It is also in a perfect location, across the street from a part and close to restaurants and shopping. Can’t recommend enough!

Our third weekend stay in The Fitzwilliam Dublin. We love the friendly atmosphere. It's a real home from home. The whole team are well drilled in taking care of the guests. The food in the lounge bar and especially at breakfast is very good indeed. I love the rain shower in room, and the Signature Queen we had this stay was perfect. The location is also amazing, being at the top of Grafton St. It's my favourite place to stay when in Dublin.

Perfect location to stay in Dublin. Very friendly helpful staff. Concierge was great and valet parking was a bonus. Our room was fantastically appointed and had balcony overlooking Stephens green. Wonderful experience. Have to say great value for the money. Will definitely be back.

Great hotel, with superb staff and manager Monica

Stayed in the Fitzwilliam Hotel recently to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday. The room was lovely, very clean and nicely decorated and overall the stay was nice. However I was very disappointed with the quality of the breakfast considering the price. The hot buffet food was cold and the selection of other buffet items was poor considering it’s a 5 star hotel. I had to send my breakfast back and highlighted that the food was cold, staff didn’t really do anything about it. The only option was to order eggs or a basic omelette. If staying here I’d suggest not paying for breakfast and get a much cheaper and better one in the variety of cafes/restaurants nearby.
