Insomnia Coffee Company - Glasnevin in Dublin

Called in this morning for a coffee, the lady that served me brightened my morning!!!!! It was a pleasure to watch her work, she was bright, bubbly, and had a pleasant word for everyone. It really makes a difference to see someone that seems to enjoy their job. Will definitely bring me back the next time I am in the area

Great coffee shop very friendly staff and atmosphere 👌

As expected, the coffees are velvety smooth and by far the most delicious of any major corporate chain. I've had no issues with queues or seating. The chairs themselves are comfortable and lack armrests, which means that reading is easier. EDIT 19/06/24: The staff seem eager to push customers out even 30 minutes before closing time. EDIT 16/09/24: The manager (middle-aged woman with a pony hairstyle) is extremely rude to both customers and her staff. I've repeatedly seen her condescendingly micromanage her staff, and act abrasive to customers that don't have perfect english. Also, today is the second day in which this coffee shop has not had any coffee beans. Ironic. If the manager reads this, please be more respectful to your staff. You can improve their performance without making them feel so intimidated.

Staff are friendly and the coffee is nice
