It's great for meet-ups and popping in for quick coffee fix

As expected, the coffees are velvety smooth and by far the most delicious of any major corporate chain. I've had no issues with queues or seating. The chairs themselves are comfortable and lack armrests, which makes reading easier. However, sockets are generally at the rear of the café and on a busy day, I think it'd be a struggle to get one. EDIT 16/06/25: The manager described below seems to be gone. I've noticed a general improvement in atmosphere and mood from the staff since. I've also noticed they no longer seem as eager to push customers out, even 30 minutes before closing time. EDIT 16/09/24: The manager (middle-aged woman with a pony hairstyle) is extremely rude to both customers and her staff. I've repeatedly seen her condescendingly micromanage her staff and act abrasive to customers who don't have perfect English. Also, today is the second day that this coffee shop has not had any coffee beans. Ironic. If the manager reads this, please be more respectful to your staff. You can improve their performance without making them feel so intimidated. EDIT 19/06/24: The staff seem eager to push customers out even 30 minutes before closing time.

Nice coffee and staff but the premise is always cold with the automatic door open constantly. No baby changing unit which meant I had to change my newborn baby on a floor.

Decent coffee and pain au chocolat. Bit pricey.
