Insomnia Coffee Company - Mullingar in Mullingar

The atmosphere and food at Insomnia are good, but unfortunately, the service really needs improvement. The staff were not friendly or welcoming and made me feel as though they were wondering why I was there rather than making me feel like a valued customer. The staff also seemed unfamiliar with the menu and were unable to answer basic questions about what was available. One of the women working there spent a lot of time on her phone and did not respond properly when I tried to get her attention. It’s a shame because the food and atmosphere are good, but the unfriendly service made the overall experience disappointing. I hope the management can address this, as better customer service would make a big difference.

Love sitting by the window at Insomnia Coffee and watching the world go by. Great coffee, lovely staff, and the brownie is the best. Always a nice place to relax ☕️

Very Nice place, friendly staff and managed to work for sometime here. One of few places with I find electric plugs easily! :)
