Saturday they close at 4 not 5 as on Google maps.. service is relaxed and you get your coffee or choclate within minutes if it's not too busy..as it's only new it just building up its customer base.. As they're part of the franchise everything is standardised..i found hot chocolates really tasty, the seasonal syrups are a must have like the pumpkin syrup during Halloween or smores or cinnamon at Christmas

The staff is very kind and helpful. The place looks spotless and is very well maintained. Unfortunately, the pastries available didn’t look fresh or appetizing, but I wanted something to accompany my coffee, so I tried the carrot cake. The taste was good, but as expected, it wasn’t fresh. It would be nice to have the same standard/quality of products as offered in the city centre stores.

01/01/2025: Realmente disfrutamos de nuestra estancia en este hotel. El personal es muy amable y la habitación es muy moderna y limpia. El único problema menor que tuvimos fue que le pedimos al personal que arreglara nuestro cabezal de ducha, pero nunca se hizo, pero no el fin del mundo. Volvería
29/12/2024: Our room was a good size and very clean and modern. The staff were smiley and helpful at reception. We arrived early and were able to leave our bags safely. There is a fitness room which is small but does the job with dumbbells, bench, treadmill, and cross trainer. Good location all major sites are a short walk away

Hawksmoor Dublin

17/12/2024: Been here twice in recent weeks. Once for a Sunday roast and the other for a couples dinner last night. Both the roast and dinner were both lovely. No complaints. One complaint re the food is that its quite salty. I have been very thirsty after both meals. I would say there is a high turnover of staff in there, so be patient if you can. Finally from reading some of the reviews, some people don't seem to realise that Hawksmoor, is in fact a chain of restaurants . . .
16/12/2024: First at all Gus gave us the best service ever. Food was amazing, atmosphere is great. Very special birthday surprise.
