I am in Dublin for a conference at Trinity College, and as part of the experience they organized a guided tour at the Irish Whiskey Museum. It was truly amazing! I really enjoyed it. Our guide, Andrew, was fantastic, very funny and entertaining, he made the whole tour even more engaging. I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone!

Our guide Andrew was funny, knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was informative. The fact that the group was quite small made it more enjoyable than the tour in the Jameson Distillery, where you have to deal with big crowds. The shop has a large selection of different whiskeys including small samples which are very convenient to find out which taste you like most. And the prices are much lower than in the stores around Temple Bar. All in all an absolutely recommended place to go when you are interested in the making of whiskey.

What a great guide and so educational! You can book a classic tour (25 euros) to taste three whiskies, or a tour to taste 4 or 5. If you like whisky, you definitely have to go here. There is also a bar with live music in the museum.

We absolutely loved our tour with Andrew! He was so knowledgeable, personable and fun! He made my mom feel very special on her Birthday too. Very interesting and engaging, we highly recommend it!!

Our guide, Briain, explained the origins of whisky, the blending of grains, fermentation, and distillation. At the end of the tour, we enjoyed a tasting with explanations to help us appreciate this fine spirit. The bar staff were also very friendly.

14/04/2026: We came here for the gluten free crust. I wouldn’t buy it again. It was okay, same with the regular pizza according to my husband. They have a great kids deal though and ample seating. I think if they would add more toppings they could have a great regular crust. Sadly the gluten free crust was not very good and cost 2.5 more than regular. Staff were slow but friendly. Good size pizza.

18/04/2026: I really liked the chicken pot pie, however most of the other food was fairly plain, which wasn't very good for the price (~30€ for main course + ~15€ appetizer -- note that either an appetizer or a side is a required purchase along with the main course). Additionally the portion sizes didn't make much sense as you can see there is a kidney pudding which was advertised and priced as a main course despite being the size of the appetizers, especially when the pot pie was so much larger (though note its a pot pie for two people). On the other hand the atmosphere was nice and the service was good.
15/04/2026: The best meal we have had in a long time! Exquisite from the starter to the meal. The chicken pie was magnificent. Champs was a dream. We cannot say enough about this culinary gem! Bravo.
