I tried kabab all over the world but trust me Doner kabab of this place is un matched. Serving on hot fresh bread(naan) with garlic and spicy sauce and veggie on top. Must recommend

Why isn’t there a photo to go with this review? Because it was so delicious and we ate it so quickly before I remembered I take photos to post with all my reviews. The bread/wrap/whatever it is called is terrible. Just throw it out and enjoy the meat which was fantastic and even better with whatever the sauce they serve with it which I call “Turkish salsa” which my partner ate most of and didn’t share so order extra for yourself

Ordered the chicken shwarma, if you want to choose your salad accompaniments better accompany your server, or else he makes it up with lettuce leaves and nothing else besides sauce

The South Strand - JD Wetherspoon

06/12/2024: Went in for a few drinks before a show in the Bord Gais. It's spoons so you know what to expect - the app is excellent and good range of incredibly priced drinks. Very welcome change from being ripped off paying 7e a pint everywhere else. However the place itself was pretty dirty, tables covered in finished plates and glasses. We were there for around an hour and didn't see anyone clean a table in that time. If that's a typical experience (was my first time there) would put me off going back.
25/11/2024: Nice spot to call in for food and drinks. Great location and great value. It does get very busy though. I will post some pics as I visit here often.

Donnybrook Fair

02/01/2025: I can't put my finger on it but this place has changed and isn't nearly the nice artisan shop it used to be. I left without buying anything
