I'll admit that I rarely eat fast food, but tonight, extremely hungry, I was looking for a bite to eat. I was almost about to go to a pizzeria called Max, but on the way, I saw an open Istanbul location. I walked in, and behind the counter was a lovely lady preparing food and a handsome man taking the order. I looked around the place; it was clean and smelled delicious, and my taste buds started to go wild. My first choice was a Doner kebab; I asked for it with spicy and garlic sauce. The handsome man took my order. In the meantime, I changed my mind and asked if I could order a Doner kebab meal, with fries and a drink. The lovely man didn't bother me at all; I paid the difference in price, which was €16 total for the kebab, fries, and a soda. My order was ready in literally 5-6 minutes! First up were the fries. I asked for salted fries without vinegar, and that's what I got. The fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Perfect! I didn't even notice any rancidity, which indicates that the frying oil is changed at this place. After satisfying my first craving, it was time for the kebab! I held onto a huge kebab roll, size xxxxl—sorry, I couldn't eat the whole thing. The kebab was the perfect size for me! The flavor! The meat was tender and melted in my mouth, the vegetables were just right, and the kebab sauces were outstanding. I was pleased with the food, which was delicious, and the service was top-notch. I don't know when, but I'll be back for another delicious meal.
