Istanbul Kebab House in Dublin

The best kebab place in Dublin. The best value for money, the durum is delicious and large. Highly recommended.

Recently visited Istanbel Kebab House for dinner after the day's work in Dublin city center. The place is centrally located with only a few metres away from the famous Ha'Penney Bridge. What caught my attention is the amazing smell of roast meat while passing by the restaurant. I went in and after spending a few minutes looking at the menu, I ordered a mixed doner kebab. The staff asked me if I wanted it is a wrap or in a box, I choose box since it's just easy to eat with all things placed separately. The staff were courteous and there were plenty of sitting available. The total seating capacity is around 20-25 people. They had a wide selection of menu covering Turkish, Indian and Mediterranean cuisine. I ordered the mixed doner kebab and was blown away by the generous portion, perfectly grilled meats, and rich, aromatic spices. The lamb and chicken were tender and juicy, complemented by fresh salad and warm, fluffy naan. There was 2 different sauces served that was fresh and extremely tasty. The staff were friendly and efficient, even during busy hours, and the prices were more than reasonable for the quality offered. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or craving authentic Turkish flavors, this place delivers every time. Highly recommended for kebab lovers!

I did not go here. But anyway this is the best in Ireland !

It was really cool, we celebrated at the Grand Social and then ate here. The dürum saved us!

The food was pretty good unlike some other reviews and they do accept card and mobile nfc payments. Good value for your money. The doner wrap was really big and full of flavour. Overall a really nice place

Nice and cozy dining. Good food especially the Mandhi they serve is iconic for this restaurant. Parking maybe a lil issue on daytimes, late evenings there can be parking available on the very next street.

Fast food: Shawarma, kebabs, beans with meat, rice with lamb, stewed chicken legs, salads, etc.

Amazing food. I ordered Chicken Mandi. Amazing salan(sauce) and rice. Also the prices are very reasonable.

Asked if the item would specifically be in doner bread, was assured it would be, but was just a normal typical wrap. The flavors were very lacking, needed atleast additional salt. The spicy was not spicy at all, but that sauce was needed for any kind of taste. Not the best item , so I cannot recommend. Speedy service, but just didn’t hit the mark. 12€ in July 2025. Just disappointed. 3 stars because it was edible, fresh, and they were kind.
