Izumi Japanese sushi & Chinese in Dublin

we always order takeaway from izumi and it’s the best! the sushi is extremely fresh and the drivers are always extremely friendly:)

We came for lunch, the Thai red curry was delicious and a good portion for lunch. The bento box was also lovely. Nice and friendly welcome and service.

I’ve ordered delivery from Izumi a few times, and while I really enjoy their decoration and the service, I have to say that their lunch menu was a bit disappointing. The lunch menu is advertised as a cheaper option, but the portions are proportionally smaller to match the lower price, which feels a bit misleading. Even their delivery portions are larger than the lunch servings. On top of that, the quality of the food during lunch didn’t feel as good as when ordering at normal prices. That said, I still recommend Izumi as a great delivery option, and it might be worth visiting during regular dinner hours. But as a lunch deal, unfortunately, it wasn’t really worth it.

Great food and very good staff. The udon noodles with grilled beef were excellent, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. The chicken teppanyaki was good, although the menu said it would be thigh meat and it was breast instead. Edamame and the salmon nigiri were also delicious. Overall, a very enjoyable meal and friendly service.

Lovely, tiny, friendly little spot across from the Skylon. Great hot food and sushi. Very clean!

Loved everything about this place.

Ordered for delivery. The food is nice. I ordered a beef bento box. The dumplings, the rolls were delicious. The beef is served on rice. It comes with miso soup and I think their miso soup is one of the better ones I tried. Delivery driver was nice. Main issue is they forgot my drink. I know it's only a drink but I really look forward to that with my meal. I got a refund would have preferred the drink. The drink becomes more valuable than the refund they offer.

(Review in 2021) We enjoyed very much visiting this place. Food was ok (3/5) but prices are reasonable and service was excellent. I will come back! (Review 2025) I’ve been here multiple times and always come back. The food is super delicious and the staff are friendly and professional. I usually order the sushi combo for two.

The atmosphere great,the staff very nice and the food really good. Even though I am not a sushi lover I enjoyed the meal and shake was great!

Wow! Food was superb... staff so friendly and efficient! Forget about the horrendous plastic flower decor.... food is seriously good
