Came here to listen to the live music and it was an excellent experience..the bar staff were all fantastic and gave great service throughout the night...also the fellow customers were inviting and everyone was welcoming and up for a chat..we will definitely be back for some more

An excellent pub serving tasty food at reasonable prices. It is a large pub but they treat each customer as individuals. I have no hesitation recommending this establishment. A wide ranging menu to suit all tastes.

Stopped off with campervan for an evening meal and some drinks midweek. Lovely cosy local feel to the bar and then the restaurant which was busy, was still able to bang out the food and was very reasonably priced and we had no complaints at our table anyway and nice selection on menu. €21.95 for a 3 course meal and also a kids menu.

Great value for money. 3 course meal for €21.50. Servers couldn’t have been more attentive and nice on a busy evening for a table of 4. Originally said the table would take 20 minutes but was able to accommodate us within 2 minutes. Received our food and drink in a timely manner and the meal was above average with respect to the cost. Had just concluded our main courses when we were abruptly handed our bill by the manager while still waiting for our desert to arrive. One member of our table wished to order a tea but this option was taken from her. This was only 50 minutes after we were first seated. Aforementioned manager then proceeded to return to the till and started raising his voice at an employee repeating the same line about paying for their staff meal. This publicly humiliated this employee in front of our table and others. She looked visibly distraught.He then repeated this ritual with another employee who was clearly sweating and under pressure due to the busy service and obviously did not have time to pay for the food yet. In summary, we were enjoying a beautiful meal for good value when a clear bully put a damper on our evening and the evening of his employees.
