Jackson's Hotel in Ballybofey-stranorlar

Such a good place to bring your child! And very friendly staff .. Makes the place very infectious for everyone there!! Highly recommend going 👍💯👍💯

We visited jacksons for the santa hotel on Dec 6th until Dec 8th. During our time storm darragh let loose and so our santa express at oakfield was cancelled which was heartbreaking. 💔 No fault of the hotel at all. The hotel provided Christmas movies, santa visit in the function room and arts and crafts. It was brilliant. The hotel was also close to plenty of shops for both kids and parents and the hotel even gave vouchers for the toys shops and mcelhinneys. Pool is big and staff were lovely. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Bar food again lovely and big portions even for kids. Our boy has Autism and the hotel left us a sensory pack with a tent and fidget toys. Beautiful touch. I would like to specially thank 2 receptionists, Holly and Catherine. You girls were amazing. Yous had alot to deal with when the santa express got cancelled but yous done such a great job. Yous made special efforts with your guests and made our little boy, Jack's stay so special. You girls are worth your weight in gold. Thank yous. See yous again.

Had a great time,lovely hotel great staff always smiling and helpful. Shower pressure pretty poor in room only negative I could say.

Spent a lovely weekend at Jackson's. Room was spacious and spotless, food was excellent and staff very attentive and friendly and although the hotel was full, there was no noise or disturbances when in room. Great location and only half hour from great shopping in Letterkenny. Will definitely be returning

Highly recommended hotel with spacious and clean rooms, good service and good location. Excellent treatment.

Stayed here 4 times over last few years. Staff helpful. Room was spa bath is 5 min walk from reception, up 2 lifts. Food amazing.

The place is lovely. Would definitely stay again. The dinner service was slow friendly. As with most places here, the elevator is small, but the stairs were confusing so for me not a convenient bypass.
