Very family friendly hotel. Staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Loved it and will definitely be back.

Booked this hotel for the over 55 break.And from the moment we arrived we were made feel very welcome.The girl on the front desk was very friendly and efficient.She explained that our room wasn't ready.But if We went into the lounge they would provide tea and scones.Again staff was very friendly. I had a spa appointment in there sister hotel.And I was very impressed with the the therapist.She was so knowledgeable and helped me out with a problem I was having.we had dinner that night two courses which was included in the package.Food was very good and big portions which my husband loves.The next day I wanted to do some shopping at McElhinnys.And the chap on the reception recommended a place for my husband to play golf.Then proceeded to give me discount vouchers for McElhinnys.Which was put to good use..If I had one gripe the lighting in the bedroom is not great.This could easily be solved by putting a table lamp on the desk near the mirror.As you have to take into consideration not everyone has perfect eyesight.I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

Nice hotel but the pool needs revamping

Nice place to stay over, but too busy the road where is the little front carpark and busses reversing not safe at all ...

Hotel in general was ok. Food was good and not over priced. One negative is that they say kids club and mini disco. It was a room with some music on and some toys that didn't have all the right equipment to play them. There was no staff in the kids club So not good at all.

Booked 2 nights here, great hotel and very helpful staff. We had food one night in the restaurant and it was 10/10, great portions and decent price! Only downfall was the breakfast possibly the worst breakfast I’ve had in a hotel apart from that no complains. Would deffo return.

Another friendly stay at Jackson's hotel for a weekend, service , food and beer all excellent, will be back soon 👏☘️
