Waitress was super friendly she really went above and beyond for us , I was with my two daughters and she was so polite

Love this place. Big open seating area. Friendly staff and the food is plenty and great choice. Have been frequenting this place for a long time and it's always good.

Small points. This is a popular place so when it’s busy, it gets noisy. Was looking forward to eating a pizza but they’re only available Thursday- Sunday. Not noted on menu.

As an ex-employee, it was great to still see some staff members still working there after 16 years. Food still delicious as when I worked there. Can't beat a Joel's Chicken Kiev. Kids enjoyed their food and ice-cream and were delighted to be where I used to work.

Excellent food as always and friendly staff

I go to Joel's quite frequently as I am working away from home- I must say that the steaks are absolutely amazing however you want them cooked they are always done perfectly- The staff are very pleasant and although a busy restaurant the service time is very efficient- the only downside I found is that the chicken supreme is not very " supreme" i have got it twice and for the price it's an average chicken breast lost on a very big plate - a case of prices go up quality goes down - I would definitely recommend Joles for their perfect and affordable steaks - but the chicken was a letdown " twice"

Very nice looking restaurant. Went with family and everyone left happy and full. Pizza was made from scratch here and my daughter was very happy with it. I had cajun chicken burger and all the flavours went really well together. The chips were really very nice, the menu was great I couldnt choose for ages, I'll have to go back and try the rest.

Fui a casa de Joel con mi hija y su amigo grt ambiente siempre está cerca de la comida de Navidad fabuloso y grt valor pero mi única queja es pleaseeee conseguir suelo nuevo la alfombra es absolutamente sucia .. no porque el personal no lo cierne es por desgaste y está decepcionando el lugar a lo grande
