Staff helpful and friendly. Priced well and food quantity and quality excellent

There were five in our party, because we had a toddler we hoped to have a booth, which we had. A very enjoyable meal all round. And we had desserts, sure you'd have too. Our server was a very friendly lady.

We recently celebrated a birthday up at Joel's we were in one one of the glass rooms there was an abba experience at the front of the restaurant but we could hear clearly and it really added to the great atmosphere. Food and service was excellent as always as we frequent Joel's alot for family get together. Thanks a mill

We went to the abba night on Thursday 28 th may show was great atmosphere was lovely but service was poor we sat at our table for 15 minutes then my sister went up and we waited another 5 mins to be served staff were polite and helpful would go again

Went 2 Joel's for my grandson communion had a private room food was lovely and service excellent how ever the table was a bit drab we had ordered balloons for the table we were there about an hour when they put them on the table no glasses r jugs of water on the table a little disappointing there apple pie is so delicious

I had a communion party in the fuction room, our server was absolutely fantastic, no complaints about that, they only issues was that that the doors that opened into the room to extend should be opened all of the way, it felt like we were sitting in two rooms and that it was 2 different fuctions. Not only that 2 of the babies that were in our group banged their heads off the glass, it's very very dangerous. Also after paying over €900 we were charged for dilute, 3 jugs, which is an absolute insult after paying so much for the meal, it should be free, most other places do not charge for dilute. Also we had to ask for glasses and water as there was none at the tables, this should have all been set out before hand and it just put a bit if a dampner on it, I am a regular customer of joels and genuinely can't believe that you charged me for dilute. Shocked is not the word.
