Today was waaaay off. Have ye changed the recipe for char chicken ? Chicken lost flavour and chargrill taste. Tomato also not right. Sauce was undetectable

The most reliable lunch in Dublin. There have been days that I come into the office just so I can get Junior's for lunch! My favourite sandwiches are the Chicken Picante and the Caesar Club but the standout is the Brisket special on a Wednesday! A must go to spot.

I think we made the mistake of going here over the weekend. We had a booking but were asked to leave in about 70-75 minutes. The server's hair went into my friend's bagel while they were leaning over the table serving us. Their weekday sandwiches are pretty good usually but I probably wouldn't go back here for brunch.

Charlemont Bar & Bistro, menu

16/07/2026: This is our third stay at the Hilton in the last six months and not our first dinner at The Sixth Lock Bar & Restaurant, which is in the same building. The kitchen really does an excellent job. Tonight we enjoyed a genuinely beefy hamburger and the Apple Crumble Tart was superb. Service was on point (thank you Fabius, the custom made mocktail was lush). We ate in a ‘tucked away’ corner of the Bar area, which was just what we wanted for a quiet dinner. Air-con was on the cool side for our taste, but this is always subjective. fyi.
10/06/2026: Restaurant attached to and part of the Hilton Hotel. Decent food, not outstanding, yet perfectly nice for a dinner. Music is disco / nightclub like and jars with the decor and what feels like it should be more chill.

12/06/2026: Fun delish Cafe. Great sweets, sandwiches, coffee. A few outdoor tables and many inside. Definitely a place to chat and catch up with friends. Fab music and great staff too..
19/05/2026: Love the Chatty fox! The atmosphere, food and the great coffee menu 😋 the kids love the ice-cream for their Friday treat. I've used The Chatty fox catering for both my children's Communion parties, my guests loved the food especially the baked Ham! Will definitely be getting this for Christmas, it'll be one less thing to worry about on Christmas morning!! The staff are all amazing, they never fail to greet us with a friendly smile when we are there 😀 oh and 1 more thing there raspberry scones are to die for!!!
