I was in the store on a few occasions while staying in the Beresford Hotel. I found it difficult to pay for my purchases as i am a senior citizen i do not use self service tills. When i asked members of staff to help me they looked at me like i was from Mars. I use Super Value store in my home town and there is always a member of staff to help those that are not comfortable with self service tills.
