A happy update to my previous review. They've clearly done a lot about customer service, I've been back consistently, and I can see a massive change in the welcoming attitude of the staff. A friendly face makes all the difference, and I love their matcha. Thank you for working on things!.

Rarely post reviews but had to write one for Kaph. Visited on a busy friday afternoon. Got greeted with a friendly smile and was surprised by the quick service. Well-oiled engine type of stuff. Loved the matcha. Great vibes, will be back!

Kaph has good coffee. Not much more to say really. Not the best atmosphere, not big on their cakes and nibbles, but it's one of the best places to grab a coffee in Dublin - definitely not the cheapest.

The coffee as always was very fine. The vegan almond croissant tho was possibly the nastiest thing I haven’t finished in quite a while. Like eating a sweet lump of setting concrete. Vile vile vile.

Located on Drury Street and in proximity to George Street Arcade, Kaph is a nice, modern coffee shop in the heart of Dublin. There's something about grabbing a coffee and sitting out on the street on a sunny day or making use of the downstairs counters or the upstairs seating area. Things can be busy on weekends and afternoons, but you'll still get served quickly, thanks to the excellent staff behind the counter. For my taste, the coffee is only okay, a bit too much on the bitter side. But that's subjective to everyone. It's definitely worth a try - and it'll pair well with a pastry!

Great coffee and even greater customer service, make sure to always stop by when in town. Highly recommend the dirty Chai with coconut milk- a staff recommendation!
