Food was unreal. Beautiful stew and the homemade beef and mushroom pie was banging. Great service with a smile.

Always handy for a late breakfast,good food & friendly staff. Just across from Temple hospital.

Not overrun by tourists, it was generally quieter in the evenings. The food was authentic – recommended by locals at other pubs, hence the five stars.

The service was good, whilst the more mature of the 3 ladies was on duty, however that ended the minute she sat at the bar for her break. Despite being watched over by 2 younger members of staff, and us trying to attract their attention, no further table service was coming. The food was good and great portion sizes, a little more beef in the beef and mushroom pie wouldn't go a miss, but overall tasty. Fish and chips, can't really go wrong there, but try for fresh chips next time. Wings were an enormous portion, good job we were sharing, however a couple of side plates would have been handy. Fresh, homemade coleslaw Is a must, not stuff bought in bulk from Musgraves. It's too bitter. Try it, I promise you won't regret it. Overall a daycent enough place for food. Service in a service industry needs to be upped quite a bit. Whilst wages pay the bills, tips is what ye live for. No service no tip! Simples.

A lively Dublin pub. Comfortable seating, serves really good food at good prices. Plates of sandwiches or platters of food can also be ordered. Staff were very nice with a typical Dublin friendliness and wit. An ideal pre or post Croke Park venue just minutes walk away from the stadium.

A great, hearty restaurant with fast service. Irish pub atmosphere with background music. The food was good. For 4 of us, it cost 84 euros, including 2 beers and Schweppes.
