KFC in

I was in this kfc a few months ago with my best friend and when i ordered a krushem on the self-service machine the staff who brought my order to my table said that there was no krushems and he offered me something else as an alternative for the krushem that I had on my order and he gave me a sundae instead even though I already had a sundae in my order and I'd like to say a big thank you to him and he was also very lovely to deal with when he brought my order down to the table

Again can’t fault this place , probably the cleanest kfc I’ve seen the staff and all so friendly and helpful , food is so fresh and tasty staff very!

I had a great time at KFC today! The food was fresh, hot, and super delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavour. The staff were friendly, quick, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. The place was clean, and service was fast even during busy hours.

Kfc charlestown has delicious food and wonderful service. All the staffs were helpful and professional.

Fast delivery and good customer interactions

We stopped in while the car was charging nearby. It was extremely busy and the staff looked overwhelmed. We didn't get the order we wanted, even after asking twice, and just went with what came in the end. It was clean, but noisy and uncomfortable.
