KFC in

Worst KFC I have been in for a long time. The chicken was very overcooked and tasteless. Chips were soggy and the portion was very small. Meal did arrive quickly. It was a disappointing.experience.

Don't normally go into fast food outlets but food was really tasty

Love kfc, never had a bad kfc period, I am admittedly bias, because it's my favourite fast food and I love chicken, I can't go wrong can I, we'll, I do not like to have to use a touch screen to order, I want to have interaction with a person when I order, and it's quicker to go and order from the counter. Otherwise staff are friendly and helpful but not the quickest, and there's plenty of parking and there's lots of tables to dine at, if there ever happens to have a coach load of people turn up for lunch. Enjoy, because I don't think you'll be disappointed.....

Depends what staff are on ,good staff good food and sevice

2 machine inside the door to order food their was a few people waiting on the machines so we went to the till to order was told you can only order from the machine went back down to order abd meet a lovely couple who also said they didn't like it as like myself we like to communicate with each other not a machine

Food is good and fresh, However staff doesn’t particularly know the whole menu. But quite helpful otherwise, Fresh and hot made chicken View from KFC are good as well.

This restaurant can be hit or miss. Sometimes you get hot and fresh food. Other times you just know its been thrown together and is only lukewarm! Today I ordered the new Buffalo Tower meal. The guy taking the orders was not very friendly. It seemed to be an inconvenience to him when I said what I wanted to order. He never said Hello or any greeting just "what can I get you" abruptly as soon as I got to the drive thru order point. The burger was so-so. The cheese wasn't melted. It wasn't piping hot like it should be. The lettuce and sauce was OK but for 10.95 for the meal should be better. The chips were fine and the drink. I forgot to scan the App (QR code) at the drive thru where you can play the game to win free food, but that's my fault. (I probably wouldn't want to inconvenience the guy taking the orders anymore anyway!) Not sure if I can still play the game as I still have the receipt? I probably can't now? Anymore, I think I'll just go into the restaurant and order on the kiosks for takeaway and forget the drive thru.

Really friendly staff, especially on the drive through. Great food, always fresh and really hot. Love that you can order ahead on the app so you don't have to worry about what you are getting. Five stars.
