Hi I was in the arcadia having dinner today and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish .The food was amazing and the service from emma was absolutely fantastic. EMMA went out of her way to make sure it was a pleasant experience. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK THANK YOU SO MUCH

Food is gorgeous and they have a really great menu. Venue is lovely too. I was very disappointed with the service, one of my friends main course came out 15 mins after the rest of us with no explanation. Staff were on their phones and we struggled to order drinks and pay the bill. Ended up paying at the door. Overall food was great but service needs some attention.

This is my local and I would visit every 4 or 5 weeks with my family for lunch/dinner and the food is absolutely delicious. The wings, caeser salad and fish and chips are my favourite. The staff are all lovely and polite. Always had a good experience there until last night. I was at a family gathering in the private lounge which shared the toilets with the main bar. When I went in to use the toilet I couldn't believe my eyes when I seen a group of women all sharing a bag of white powder, openly over the sinks. The amount of drug taking I heard and seen was shocking. It made me feel very uneasy and I didn't feel comfortable going to the toilet then. The arcadia is a place I often bring my children to, and a place they ask to go for their birthdays etc, but I dont think will be quick to return after my recent experience here. There needs to be a female security guard in the bathrooms to prevent this happening in future.
