Great food and excellent service. When I got in, I let them know that I had a very limited amount of time because I was heading to a movie. They had my Mee Goreng ready in 10 minutes!

Was excited to find this gem in the heart of Dublin! I wasn't able to dine in, but I picked up my order and got a brief look at the restaurant. Let’s start with the food. I ordered some basics: 1. Nasi Lemak - The rice was fragrant without being overly coconut-y. The sambal, with big slices of cooked onion, leaned sweet, ikan bilis/peanuts and the rendang sauce paired perfectly with the dish. The fried chicken drumstick was juicy and fried to perfection! 2. Char Kuay Teow - Hmm… it lacked that essential “wok hei” (IYKYK). That said, the shrimp and squid were huge and generously served. And the winner of the night… *drum roll…* 1. Fook Kian Chow (Hokkien Mee) - This was my first time having such authentic Hokkien Mee outside of Malaysia. I’ve tried many Malaysian restaurants in the States, and so far, all were disappointing. But THIS! They had the fried chicken skin pieces (instead of the traditional usual pork lard) on top— that works! So it’s def HALAL and pork free! The noodles were cooked perfectly in the rich, dark brown sauce, and they were very generous with the shrimp and sotong (squid). Owner/Staff: Legit Malaysians who made me feel right at home with their language, smiles, and of course, the food. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Busy friday night for them and yet they managed to accomodate us without pre booking. The place is right at the center of asian food street. They have ample seats, good lighting, and you wont have the kitchen smell after. The food is amazing, waiting could be a bit longer, but bec food are prepared and cooked fresh. Ull get the authentic asian taste, and loads of selection from starters to desserts. Will be back again.

Malaysian food at its best. Fresh. Spicy. Tangy. And nice big portions. Staff are well versed in all the dishes and advise well on choices. A relaxed atmosphere. Easy going and fun.

The food is great, good vegetarian options if that’s what you need and the staff are quite nice. Music was a bit loud and there where some fake plants, but that might of just been where we where sitting.

I was looking for good and authentic nasi goreng and I got it here. I would give this dish a solid 5 stars. The roti was great but the sauce was not outstanding. The nasi lemak was average though the rice was slightly better than other places ( too much cooking and too smushy). The desert was great. Overall, this kitchen is better and more authentic than others in town.

30/12/2025: It’s always crowded and cramped, and the door is never closed, so seats near the entrance are cold and the food cools down very fast
