Krewe in Dublin

We went for dinner tonight and the food was lovely as usual, when we were sat at our table a waitress came over to ask us if we would like any water for the table, she asked if we’d prefer still or sparkling and as we have been here over 10 times in the past 2 years we said still and each other time bar tonight we received still tap water in a glass bottle. Tonight we got still water in a different bottle which we assumed was just a different bottle the restaurant was using. When we got our bill we seen that we were charged €11 for the water (we had 2 bottles), I told the waitress about the confusion and as we thought it was tap water and she initially said she can’t do anything about it, she then offered to take one off the bill. Just letting people know as I’ve never experienced asking for water and then getting charged for it.

I have eaten here twice and both times the food was beautiful.

Amazing restaurant, in a great location near Henry Street. Top quality food for very reasonable prices and really friendly and accommodating staff. Would really recommend the krewe fries, honey buttermilk tenders and cookie skillet! Will definitely be back soon!

Went on a Wednesday night, was very busy. Food was amazing, the aubergine dip was incredible as were the cauliflower wings. The chicken burger was great but the vegan burger could be improved on, wasn't that spicy and the chicken substitute they used wasn't the best I've had by any means, could definitely rethink the vegan burger option, the service was great also, our waitress was lovely couldn't have asked for a better night 10/10 definitely recommend.

Solid American style restaurant. Friendly service, reasonable prices. Went in for appetizers and beer, came out very satisfied.

Food was definitely very good - big portions very tasty. Staff were nice and friendly. Didn’t like that we were put upstairs in the over-spill room … even though we had booked well in advance. The upstairs room is too loud and lacks atmosphere. Cocktails were expensive and not great.

Really friendly staff. Busy on a Monday evening which is a great sign. Food is delicious, big portion of tenders, they were delicious. The Mac n cheese was really good. About 80 euro for four adult mains & drinks. Good enough value for Dublin.
