Krewe in Dublin

I want to start off by saying we found the food really delicious and really good value for money, however found flaws in the customer service. On arrival we were seated by a host who hardly spoke to us and wasn’t particularly friendly, she didn’t smile or even say hello and just walked away once we were seated. Our server, however, was lovely and very personable. Initially he got our drink order wrong, however don’t want to dwell on this as mistakes can happen. After we had eaten our meal he informed us we need to leave in 10 minutes, when we had only actually been sat at the table for 45 minutes. Initially, I took his word so we finished our drinks quickly and got ready to leave. When he came over with the bill I explained we had only been there for 45 mins and he said we must have only booked it for that long. (After checking the booking after leaving we had actually booked the table for an hour and a half.) A few minutes later he must have realised that he had made a mistake and said we could have the table for another half an hour, and took the bill away, but by this time we were feeling unwelcome and had already decided to leave. We asked another server for the bill and paid her. As we left he asked us if we were going to pay the bill?? Almost suggesting that we were going to leave without paying? We explained we had already paid and showed him the receipt. The whole experience left us feeling unwelcome, we were only here in Dublin for one night so left a sour taste in our mouths and put a dampener on what had previously been a lovely evening.

Definitely lived up to the hype. Staff was super friendly, food was magnificent, atmosphere was nice, didn’t feel cramped in between tables. Really great!

Every single time I have eaten here I have had a wonderful experience. The staff are amazing, everyone is so friendly and eager to help. The service is brilliant. Not only that but the menu has SO MANY gluten-free options!! Like I genuinely couldn’t believe it when the staff listed them to me. When they gave us our dishes at the table they even reaffirmed that both dishes were gluten-free when handing them to us which seems so insignificant but was something I appreciated so much. Atmosphere is always great and the food was amazing as were the drinks. Genuinely could not recommend Krewe any more highly!!

A very good time spent in this restaurant. Very pleasant and attentive staff. Great atmosphere. And excellent food with top value for money. I recommend it if you want to eat in a good atmospheric restaurant

Highly recommend. Food is absolutely delicious. Large portions. Mozzarella sticks are amazing. This restaurant is one of the best I’ve been to in a long time.

Sarah was the absolute best! She made an added effort to hear about our experience and talk to us about our trip to Dublin. Would definitely come back here.

Sarah, our server, was sooooo nice and took such good care of my family and I! It was our last night in Dublin and we were so lucky to spend our last dinner here!

Visited here over the weekend after seeing it all over my FYP on tiktok. I love visiting these types of restaurants and ordering their best bites. We walked around town to find it and were delighted to get a walk in table as I tried to book and it was fully booked. Kids couldn't wait to try the cookie skillet. However noone advised us before we took our table that both the mozzarella sticks and cookie skillets were sold out! We were kinda taking by surprise as I've never been to a restaurant that's menu sells out. Was pretty disgusted to be honest. Don't think it's a good thing to advertise over socials and then on the busiest weekend of the year not have enough! Kids were so annoyed too and obviously couldn't understand why? Anyway wouldn't be in a mad rush back.
