Kyodai Izakaya in Dublin

The food was absolutely amazing! My 9 year old picky eater loved everything . I loved everything and my husband was impressed with the large portions. The food came quickly and the wait staff was extremely attentive and helpful with our little 10 month old baby. Because the place wasn’t full we felt safe and comfortable. A great cosy restaurant with great food. It’s definitely my families new favourite spot.

Nice menu... Food was fresh...the sushi was nice too...lovely beer... Have to say I may need to book a table.. even if I not 100% sure...rather just try to book a table.. just in case

The best Japanese restaurant! Everything is amazing!

Excellent place! At 2pm, there were no people and the service was fast, attentive, and very friendly! The food was excellent and the prices totally ok! The atmosphere is amazing, super cute with Japanese music in the background but quiet so that it’s easy to talk and everything! Bathrooms are two stories up which is a cool way up there! Overall, amazing atmosphere and good vibes, highly recommend!

It was a great experience. The food was great. The beef and chicken I had were incredibly tender. The flavour was adjusted to the right amount. The tea was great. There was no real waiting time. The servers were kind and friendly and there for you. The style of the restaurant mixes the Irish and Japanese culture homogenously. The toilets were a little bit dirty, but that was no problem (I've seen far worse). All in all, as a person who went to a lot of different Japanese restaurants in different cities, this was a great experience. Thank you so much for the food. 🙏🙏

Each dish was prepared with such care that the quality of the ingredients and the chef’s craftsmanship quietly came through. The sushi was delicate and paired beautifully with the cocktail called ‘Cloudy Dream.’ It allowed me to spend a truly comforting and peaceful moment on my own. Not just a fabulous Japanese restaurant, but one of the best restaurants, bar none, that we found during our recent visit to Dublin. The food was sublime and the service couldn't have been better. And for one of of Europe's reportedly most expensive cities to eat, the prices are really very reasonable. I would definitely recommend and will definitely return.
