Flat location, nothing to say about this; boss (Mr Mungo) gruff with a strong personality but helpful in the end, little space for people in tents; campsite for regulars. Peaceful location by the lake; we did not have to suffer from nuisances due to the power plant, but rather from disrespectful neighbors.

Spent the past 3 nights in their campsite, I was met by a gent (David) sorted us out with the site facilities etc, had a great time on the site and will definitely return, good showers and washing areas. Very fair price for the stay.

Very nice playground. Close to small lake- nice. Close to road, so bit noicy, but trees around, so not too bad. Clean toilets and baths.

Great location beside the lake. The facilities were adequate but that was all. They were clean but doors to each toilet and shower cubicle opened directly to the outside.

21/10/2025: Very good Chinese food! We had the chow mein and the duck! We forgot to take pictures we were so hungry and it was so tasty!
22/08/2025: Cash only. But Open late and that’s why I was able to eat here. The meal was just okay, I wanted it to be spicy but it wasn’t too spicy but it was still good and delivered hot. I would def stop by if you’re in need of sustenance super late.
