Absolutely top class food, really professional service also. Run by the brilliant Alan O’Reilly whose restaurants have always been so impressive over the last few decades. Highly recommended. (note that nowadays they only seem to be open on Friday and Saturday evenings.)

Visited Laurel Restaurant for a last miniute booking on Friday with my wife. Had never been before and didnt know what to excpect. The food was exceptional as was the service. A great find in blackrock and highly receommend this place.

16/07/2026: Great dinner! The stew was remarkable. The cocktails were very impressive as well. They had live music that was brilliant and not too loud as well. Great spot to stop for a lovely dinner.

06/04/2026: One of the most unique pubs in my Dublin trip! Tucked away under the railway arches, it has a unique underground vibe with its stone walls and cozy corners. It’s the perfect spot for a pint while waiting for a train or escaping the city bustle. Authentic, and full of character.
04/04/2026: Well, but more than an Irish pub, it's a bar with a strange atmosphere. Plus, maps confuses you to get there.
