We had our son's 5th birthday here last weekend and it was such a great experience from beginning to end. Very efficient booking process online and excellent communication before the party. On the day we had an assigned host who kept everything running smoothly. The soft play is spotless and the food was excellent. Thanks to Ruth and all the team for a great day.

We had our Staff Christmas Party, and we we re doing some bowling at the beginning having some drinks, the place was spotless, the staff was very helpful and kind, in specially Abba and Ruth, thanks very much guys we will back again ❤️

This venue recently reopened and rebranded, but it is still very inconsistent.. but there's a reason. Great VR games when they are all working... Sometimes they serve food..quiet days they don't.. Leisuredome like many others, are counting the pennies.. What we dont see are the costs incurred for insurance premiums, and the claims that arise from opportunists. A playcentre co-operative approach is required to really overcome these costs. Ran by a local community or charitable group and insurance in place for legitimate claims only. No outsiders permitted. Ran by those in the community for the community.

I used the Leisure Dome for the first time today along with my aunt and my younger cousins. The lady who served us was incredibly rude and impolite. As it being our first time, we thought cash (change) was to be put in the machines as slots were fitted into the machines. We put in money and realised it hadn't gone in nor come back to us. We made our way to the desk where said lady was. I politely asked that if possible, we'd like our change back. She interrupted me and rudely told me about their 'Recharge Card'. I acknowledged that and then asked if it was possible to reclaim our lost change. She then tut'ed at me and said "Fine, just give me a minute as I have to take it out of my OWN money." I don't believe she was suited for her role at all and should look into finding a new job. I was in the establishment at around 11am. Laser tag server took 25 minutes to work, although the staff member who was assisting us was reasonably friendly. OTHER THAN THAT, great fun for all ages and good arcade machines. Would return provided I'm not assisted by that malicious employee. Thanks.

It's just ok and kids enjoyed it but many of the machines were out of order at the time we have visited. We also got some food but again just an average chip shop experience.

There should be notices up to say card only was there last week ordered 2 cappuccinos and an ice cream for my granddaughter I didn't have card with me I was paying cash and was told card only only for a kind lady who was beside me paid for the coffees and ice cream need to put up notices it was my first time there

I visited the Leisure Dome today for my son’s birthday with 6 kids and 3 adults. We spent over €350 on games and lunch and brought a small cake to celebrate. However, a staff member told us we weren’t allowed to have the cake there because there’s a designated birthday room for celebrations. Unfortunately, the birthday room was fully booked. If it had been available, I would have gladly used it since it would have been cheaper and more convenient. This experience left me very frustrated. It’s the first time something like this has happened to me in Dublin. Usually, you’re allowed to bring a cake to any restaurant, and staff even store and serve it for you. To make matters worse, the coffee shop had only three staff working on a busy Sunday, so every order took a long time. For example, it took 10 minutes to get three cappuccinos, and there wasn’t even a queue. As a mother, I felt awful being treated like I was taking advantage of the venue just for trying to celebrate my son’s birthday. When they asked me not to serve the cake, I had already brought disposable plates and everything we needed. We even cleaned the table before and after using it. This whole experience was deeply disappointing. I hope this review can help other families in the future. Thank you.

Great spot for kids of all ages, very clean and staff very helpful !

Staff are brilliant, so helpful especially Amy (laser), she went above and beyond to solve a problem for my daughters birthday, she was so polite and kind. We had a brilliant day.
