Leisuredome in

I visited the Leisure Dome today for my son’s birthday with 6 kids and 3 adults. We spent over €350 on games and lunch and brought a small cake to celebrate. However, a staff member told us we weren’t allowed to have the cake there because there’s a designated birthday room for celebrations. Unfortunately, the birthday room was fully booked. If it had been available, I would have gladly used it since it would have been cheaper and more convenient. This experience left me very frustrated. It’s the first time something like this has happened to me in Dublin. Usually, you’re allowed to bring a cake to any restaurant, and staff even store and serve it for you. To make matters worse, the coffee shop had only three staff working on a busy Sunday, so every order took a long time. For example, it took 10 minutes to get three cappuccinos, and there wasn’t even a queue. As a mother, I felt awful being treated like I was taking advantage of the venue just for trying to celebrate my son’s birthday. When they asked me not to serve the cake, I had already brought disposable plates and everything we needed. We even cleaned the table before and after using it. This whole experience was deeply disappointing. I hope this review can help other families in the future. Thank you.

Great spot for kids of all ages, very clean and staff very helpful !

Staff are brilliant, so helpful especially Amy (laser), she went above and beyond to solve a problem for my daughters birthday, she was so polite and kind. We had a brilliant day.

Atmosphere is amazing, place is a great vibe with a great selection of games, but I'd say that StepManiaX needs a tiny bit of tuning, it isn't connected to internet,I highly recommend connecting the game to internet, you get free song updates to keep the song library fresh and commited players can connect to the game to save scores and settings (like me), also I think the price per 2 songs is a little steep so maybe consider changing the pricing but over all is a solid cabinet, I would come again though, very cool place :)

Lots of different games to choose from. But you spend money very quickly. Nice coffee and ice cream. Good bowling alley also

Great fun. I've been here a few times for kid's birthday parties and a game of bowling. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the last 2 times I was there, im not sure if the aircon was off, but the heat was uncomfortably bad inside!!
