Excellent food with dinner priced at same level as wraps/sandwiches and coffee. Good value for money & reliability of quality food. There is no place better within 15 mins drive for lunch value.

At the most part. Lovely place. Sure. The location now. With the hotel Nextdoor. And the situation. Not so much fun. However. The place is lovely. Amazing food. Great service Just. Some items can be a bit to pricey. Order veggie egg roll. 10Euro for 2. Way pricey.

A lovely restaurant. The food has remained top notch throughout the years. Lovely friendly staff. Our Sunday lunch including starters, main course and a bottle of wine cost €104 for two. We ordered from the A La Carte menu. We didn’t book but at busy times a quick call to check table availability would be advised.

Great venue, have been going to Lemon Grass since it opened many many years ago when the hotel was booming, still go to this day and the take away service is just as good ! Wish them all the best for the future with all the changes to the hotel

Would definitely recommend. Great selection of vegan and vegetarian dishes. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Incredibly generous portion sizes. Great atmosphere for all occasions - business lunch, family get togethers or a meal for 2.

Stopped by with a few friends on our way up to Dublin for the Day as the restaurant is located just off the N7. The food was Fabulous and the Cocktails were Amazing .. There was a nice Atmosphere around the restaurant as it was nearing lunch time .. Staff were incredibly Friendly and Attentive the service was impeccable... We're already looking forward to our next visit .

Mountain View B&B

06/04/2026: I had an amazing experience at V&J. The view was absolutely incredible and made the whole stay even more special. What really stood out were the little details — everything was thoughtfully arranged and added a unique touch that you don’t often find. The kindness and warm welcome from the cooples made a huge difference as well. They were attentive, friendly, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Maguires Cafe

21/08/2026: This is a great place to buy unique gifts and items. The food and drink are top notch. The staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend a stop with or without a tour of the Hill of Tara.
13/08/2026: The gift shop is fantastic. As this was the first stop on our trip, we didn’t want to spend our entire souvenir budget right away. But boy do I regret that! No other gift shop could hold a candle to the wonderful things on offer here. We bought a handmade leather bound notebook and a book on Celtic magic and goddesses. They had beautiful local crafts, woolen items, pottery, artwork, jewellery, and a large selection of books for young and old. They even had magic wands! We also visited the cafe, it was nice and had a good selection of food. We went for veggie hash and hot chocolates.
