Lennan's Yard - Pub, Bar & Restaurant in Dublin

When we called to make a reservation we didn’t realize we were making a reservation for their restaurant upstairs, Asador at Lennan's Yard, which is not listed as a standalone restaurant on Google Maps, but is very much separate from the downstairs pub/restaurant. We thought it was all one place. I was a bit disappointed at first because some in our party had been looking forward to the traditional Irish dishes on the Lennan’s Yard menu, which is only served downstairs (I’m not sure if you can reserve for those tables or if they are first come first serve). We ended up having a lovely meal of Mediterranean small plates, and while it was very different from what we were expecting, it was delicious! Very fresh, vibrant flavors and great variety of vegetarian options, as well as fish and meat. If you’re looking for something more elevated than pub food with beautiful presentation, this is your spot!

Really nice place to jump off the "Do Dublin Hop on Hop off" bus. Doesn't open till noon though. Food, drinks, service were all great! Loved that the building was old Horse stables. History everywhere! ❤️

We had a lovely Sunday lunch here. The day was nice and we sat near an open door to the courtyard as all the outdoor tables were taken. The waiter was very friendly and helpful. We had the Asian salad and the Open crab sandwich with Millionaire potatoes on the side. All the food was excellent but a special commendation goes to the potatoes – a very small portion but very rich!

The closest bar/restaurant to our digs in Dawson Street. Lovely hot afternoon. Busy place. First pint of Guinness 😁 Decided to have lunch. Short but nice menu. I had chicken schnitzel which was really really good. Watched the sport on TV (Hurling) which was amazing. Few more drinks. Great setting. Very good service. Nice toilets. Great first impression of Dublin hospitality 😁 Definitely recommend 😁🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇮🇳
