I love this little place, feels like I've arrived home each time I go in there - greeted by a friendly welcome, fab coffee, treats to die for, wine to bring home for the fridge and must have something or other (olives etc). Well done to this local portobello gem

How calm!! And what a good, very classic corner store. I wish in Mexico we had those facilities. We took a break and a good refreshing white wine after so much walking... it is not a tourist place but a place to appreciate the local customs

17/08/2024: Beautiful local little coffee shop I alway try and support - coffee is so nice - staff lovely - nice little hole marsh cards as well - drop in it’s great to shop local and beautiful coffee !
20/07/2024: The place has a high rate, and my review is not an exception. You are falling in love once you have walked in. A really cosy shop while being small; the service is mostly take-and-go. I was rushing and didn’t taste the bakery - next time for sure. I was having a lovely chat with barista Anna ❤️ The coffee shop seems to be obscure to many people, yet it’s known among locals. If you are there, pop in!

The Bakery by The Cupcake Bloke

05/02/2024: Friendly staff and delicious baked goods available. The blood orange brownie was 10/10..nice to have a gluten free cupcake on offer for coeliacs too.
25/01/2024: The Brownie. No words needed. Has to be eaten to be believed. I'm not a local but I purchased a brownie from here a while back. I thought it was so good I'd come back to try again and it was even better this time.
