Liang's Cafe & Restaurant in Dublin

Ordered chive dumplings, scallop dumplings, sesame shrimp rolls, char siu, and fried noodles with beef. To be honest, the dim sum was very average, the char siu was very dry, and the fried noodles tasted very bland. Considering the price, I would rather go to other dim sum restaurants.

Vivian is the best waitress I meet in Chinese restaurants, she has too much patient and passion for customers! She served us too much times as well.🌹🌹

My absolute favourite dim sim place in London

Absolutely brilliant. Food, service and atmosphere was amazing. Definitely one of the best Chinese restaurant ive been to. Vivian was our waitress and she was incredible from start to finish. Definitely recommend going here.

We ended up at Pearl Liang after walking out of Smith’s Bar & Grill as the service was awful, and honestly it saved my mum’s birthday. The service here was everything you would want, warm, welcoming and professional from start to finish. Vivian in particular was so lovely and hospitable, she really made us feel cared for and turned the evening around. The food was absolutely delicious, every dish was full of flavour and beautifully prepared. It was the complete opposite of what we had just experienced across the way, here they actually care about their customers and it shows. What could have been a ruined night turned into such a memorable birthday thanks to Pearl Liang. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, the service was fantastic, the food was fantastic and the people were fantastic.

An excellent dim-sum restaurant. We are told that they make all the dim sum on premises. Judging by the taste, the variety and the freshness, this is quite convincing. Service is attentive and friendly, the atmosphere is nice and the tables are quite far apart from each other. They have a nice, varied dim sum selection; even a vegetarian will find enough to enjoy. Prices are reasonable and the quality high. We'll be back! Note: we visited on a Wednesday lunchtime and the place was packed! Better reserve a table.
