Liberties Gate Bar & Restaurant in Dublin

Delicious food and great service! This was our last restaurant after traveling around Ireland for 12 days and it was a perfect final dinner!

After my graduation ceremony, we went to the Liberties Gate Bar, and it was such a lovely experience. I didn’t pay much attention to the interior, but the service and cocktails were genuinely excellent. Our bartender Muhammed Enes Orel made fantastic drinks. I had a Pornstar Martini, which was delicious, and after asking he even explained why it’s served with a prosecco shot on the side. My brother and my boyfriend ordered whiskey-based cocktails (not usually my taste), but they were both absolutely thrilled with theirs. Super friendly service, great drinks, and the perfect place to celebrate a special day.

The service was truly perfect! They asked how our day was, what we were doing in Ireland, and were genuinely interested in us! We had a great experience with this restaurant. The food was incredibly delicious, but it was so overwhelming that we couldn't finish it, which was a shame.

I enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant! I am not a fan of the vegetarian food but it was delicious.

Everyone is absolutely friendly. We ordered the rigatoni and the pecan brownie, Delicious and Saulo was wonderful and very attentive.

We felt completely at home thanks to the wonderful people here! They kindly recommended the best dishes, and everything was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly patient and welcoming, even with our big family. For Carmen& Alex from the restaurant Thank you for making our visit so warm and memorable — we can’t wait to come back!

Food is good. Breakfast excels. Surfaces are grimey. Drinking glasses are dirty. I complained about it and the solution was to poor the drink from a dirty glass into a clean one. The music doesn’t set the atmosphere it could be. Hotel rooms are clean but this isn’t he hotel not was 2 years ago.

David was amazing- was very attentive/ vegetable soup had great flavor and lots of gluten free modifications!

We have just eaten at the fabulous restaurant, the food was amazing, service first class and restaurant spotless. We will definitely be back before we leave. My chowder was stunning, my wife’s dhal wasn’t as hot as it could have been and I think the triple cooked chips were only double cooked😝 no taking away from the fabulous service top notch

The restaurant wasn’t cleaned properly. It took them half an hour to bring the food. The food quality was mediocre. The staff was friendly though
