We really enjoyed X Spice, its tasty dished like the Hot Box and its friendly owner and staff. Sadly it closed permanently this month.

03/06/2025: The taste is good, but it would be more perfect if the store is cleaner.
03/05/2025: This is a small subway and have limited options. Giving it just 3 stars as very few options for vegetarian. They were not having vegetarian patties and no vegetarian protein. Had to put hashbrows in sandwich 🥪 and even Italian herb bread during lunch time was finished to order.

26/11/2025: This is such a fabulous place for lunch, great food, flavours and lovely staff, would highly recommend trying the hot chicken sandwich!
25/11/2025: The reviews are all correct. The owner/manager lady snaps at you. Makes no effort to make her voice pleasant. The cashier young woman was very nice. But we got the quick coffee and breakfast we were looking for and a stool to sit on, very convenient and fast easy breakfast. Many people coming in and out for a coffe.
