Lindo in Dublin

Stopped by for a quick dinner after work and ordered the nasi goreng. The dish featured a generous portion of perfectly fried rice, mixed with tender shrimp slices and fresh vegetables, all tossed in a flavorful and spicy Indonesian sauce. Each element complemented the dish beautifully. As a delightful bonus, it came with two chicken skewers and a rich, succulent satay sauce. Service was quick, and the staff was friendly and attentive—altogether, a satisfying and well-rounded dining experience.

Reasonably priced spice bag, did the job - very tasty chips - good portion size, some more higher quality chicken would have been better but will come back.

(Disclaimer; I'm exclusively talking about spice bags in this review) Part of me wishes i reviewed this place like 5 months earlier. I'm not a huge spice bag person but I got hooked on the ones here. They are cheaper than around other places, and they are really big portions so when my seagull like friends or family descend on me after ordering, I still have more than I can eat. The chicken was sooo juicy and whatever the frick the spice mix was, was soo good, it was totally coated and it was just *chefs kiss*. A couple months ago I noted the meat tasted off, like the oil it was cooked in was old or something. It was kind of so bad i had to stop eating it (and this is coming from someone who will eat almost anything). I rang them up to let them know they maybe needed to change their oil or something because it tasted really bad. I didn't ask for a refund or anything because I like the restaurant, but the food was wasted. I assumed it was an off day, and gave the place like 4-5 more chances, thinking maybe it would get better but unfortunately since then the quality has gone down. Prices and portion sizes are still very good, but its lost all its charm. The seasoning isn't the same, or maybe just theres less of it, the meat isnt as good and there is less of it too. I keep hoping that one day it will go back to being the same, but each time i order I'm dissapointed :( Pls restore the spice bags to their former glory (Also please clean away the spiders in the windowsill)
