The place is between the docks and Trinity College. So, it's very well located. We stayed there (check-in at 3:00 PM), but you can leave your luggage upon arrival. The room is comfortable, quite spacious, and equipped with a functional bathroom. The mattress is very comfortable. The evening meal in the pub was fantastic. The service was remarkable, with a very efficient young lady available. The food was very good. There was a choice of three ciders and several beers.

This was a superb pub for drinking, with a lush blue interior! Different country flags create an inclusive atmosphere and counter is well-presented, staff were friendly while I waited for them to serve me a pint. I enjoyed a Guinness that tasted very fresh, seating is comfortable and table was clean!

We dined at The Lombard Townhouse for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The local dishes were delicious and expertly prepared, offering a wonderful introduction to Irish flavors. The service was prompt, friendly, and professional, which made our lunch even more enjoyable. The warm, Irish pub atmosphere made for a friendly, intimate experience in the heart of Dublin. We highly recommend this place for an authentic, quality lunch.

Best pub food I had in Dublin. Guinness stew and Shepards Pie was outstanding. Definitely worth the walk or bus ride.

25/11/2025: Words cannot even begin to describe this place, I can't speak for the food, however, the hot chocolate from this place is the absolute best I've ever tried. It's been 2 years since I've been to Dublin and every time I have hot chocolate I think of this place. I truly believe this might be the best hot chocolate I'll ever try in my lifetime. I cannot recommend this place enough to anyone who enjoys a good cup of hot chocolate. The staff is so friendly and they were the ones who ended up convincing me to get a cup, I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious beyond comparison the cup was. It was like nothing I had ever tried before. This was a cup of more than hot chocolate, it was a cup of nostalgia, warmth, and sweetness. With a single sip I could feel my eyes light up as I looked at my friend and told him "This is the best hot chocolate I've ever tried". I don't normally go out of my way to post reviews but I had to make an exception this time. I hope this review is helpful.

02/09/2023: Food is just next to none! Unreal kung po! 😮‍💨 chicken ball spice bag and curry sauce is also a fave! I’ve tried multiple dishes and all are 10/10
18/07/2023: Ordered online. The delivery was fast. Generous portions. I felt the taste of duck with Cantonese sauce is acceptable but could be improved much more.
