We recently visited Lucky’s Pizza in Liberties, a lively bar and beer garden recommended by friends. The student vibe makes it a great spot for a casual, affordable evening out, but the dim lighting was a bit too dark for me. The real highlight was the pizza—crispy, fresh, and delicious. I tried Ryan’s pizza, and it was fantastic, especially when paired with a local draft beer. The pizza oven is located in the outdoor beer garden, adding a nice touch to the atmosphere. The beer selection is impressive, offering a variety of craft options to suit different tastes. Service was friendly and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. With its reasonable prices and great food, I’d definitely recommend Lucky’s for anyone looking for a vibrant yet affordable spot to enjoy pizza and drinks.

Lucky’s Bar, in the heart of the Liberties, is one of those places that somehow works without trying too hard. It’s got a relaxed vibe, unpretentious decor, and a drinks list that won’t have you questioning your life choices. The staff are friendly, but not in that over-polished, fake way. It’s just far enough from the city centre to avoid the tourist crush, but close enough to feel like you’re still in Dublin city. If you want a decent pint in a no-nonsense spot, Lucky’s has got you covered.

I've been here for Wednesday pizza jazz a few times. The music is amazing, the pizza is amazing. But unfortunately the quality of the bar service tonight is why I am leaving a relatively bad review. The bar staff was extremely nonchalant and inattentive. I waited at the bar for a good while as the bartender chatted to her friends with no other customer than me, although I tried to get her attention constantly. My friends experienced similar rudeness from her. We were a big group of people having a good amount of drinks and food, so it felt a bit like a slap in the face to get such mediocre service. Especially coming from a hospitality background, it's sad to see this kind of rudeness.

Cool bar with mostly standard beers on tap but a few good craft beers on tap with a lot more available as bottles/cans. Also very good cocktails and great pizza from Coke Lane pizza in their beer garden. The regular pizza is really nice and they also have a very good vegan option.

I love Luckys, its a great place. Somewhere between a bar and a club with a lovely pizza truck in the back. It really has it all. Great spot for a first date or party with friends. Really nice staff aswell. Always kind and charismatic. The one thing to know is the music can be loud but its typically a live DJ so what do ya expect. Play it loud play it proud!
