Macari's in Dublin

Quite simply the best 'chipper' in Dublin. It's absolutely spotless, with hygienic coincess staff who do their best to serve you quickly (when they're not cleaning and polishing), but not before the food is cooked and ready to eat. I look forward to visiting Tallaght and going here for a fish supper. Over 7 years I have never had a reason to complain or have I left disappointed. You order your food, get your ticket , nip over to the newsagents and get all the other 'stuff' come back , get food, drive home and enjoy. It may not be cheap in some people's eyes, but quality and cleanliness shouldn't be !

The chips and the chicken fillet burgers are to die for...

I dont know how you could ask about the Atmosphere in a chipper cause it a chipper BUT the food is really nice and i recommend trying the Macari special burger oh man they do make a nice burger .. thanks 😁👍

I have always thought it was the best chipper around but the chicken i had this week was appalling. Pickled with salt and inedible. It was not the salt that was put on with the vinegar it was the chicken itself. Yuck! Hopefully it was a once off.
