11/04/2026: Rooms are lovely and the hotel in general is really nice. But very disappointed though as I got my baby to sleep and wanted to order room service. Called twice with no answer and then had to call reception just to be told I couldn't order food, I could get it from outside if I wanted. They advertised 24hour room service. Really bad for a hotel of this standard in my opinion.

07/04/2026: Highly recommend Hillgrove Hotel & Spa. Myself, my husband and our two children visit this hotel on an annual basis. This proves, in a nutshell, how truly exceptional this place is. The staff go above and beyond in helping their guests and there are a wide range of facilities available to suit all age groups. A big thank you to Anoja who, as always, made our stay so special.
