Mandarin Castle in Dublin

Very disappointed with our experience. We were told the waiting time would be 45 minutes, but ended up waiting over 2 hours for our order. When the food finally arrived, the order was completely mixed up. We ordered two prawn curries, but instead received three duck dishes and only one prawn dish. This was especially frustrating as two people in our group don’t eat meat at all, so they had to share one dish. The order was over €70, yet there were no prawn crackers, no apology items, and nothing complimentary added. Given the long delay and mistakes, this was very disappointing. Overall, poor service and lack of care. We won’t be ordering again.

Ordered 3 takaways from here and food was amazing. Delivery was very quick too. My compliments to the chefs and the owner.
