Maneki in Dublin

Nice place, good location, lovely ambience. The food was good but elements missing. There should have been miso soup alongside two meals, which never arrived. My dessert was ice-cream with tuiles cases and berries. There were 2 blueberries! That's a disappointment. Don't bother saying berries, if you are going to serve two! Don't say you serve miso soup alongside, if you're not going to do that.

What a lovely spot! Food was really good - the godzilla sushi was incredible, the ramen was probably the best I’ve had in Dublin and the service was really good. Overall, an absolute hidden gem in Dublin City Center… P.S. Keep in mind that they also host karaoke nights so you might be (un)lucky to hear some questionable singing :)

Went to the restaurant with high expectations after having checked the menu online only to find it not only completely different but also a lot more expensive. Unfortunately they weren’t able to adapt any of the options I wanted into vegetarian but on the bright side, the portion of the ramen I had was pretty big.

I usually go for the take away lunch here and it is usually decent, this was my first time dining in, we had booked the karaoke package at 65 a head the menu was had a poor selection for that price the food came cold. We underwhelming at best

First time eating here and throughly had a good time...duck was slightly overcooked and abit crispy...others aspect of all the dishes were okay

Lovely restaurant. Since they offer Karaoke, keep in mind you will hear some awful singing from the dining area even though the karaoke is in a different area. I thought my steak, however cooked to my liking, was lacking in flavour. The sushi was good. I think id prefer my sashimi not to be served on ice so its not frozen when you put it in your mouth. Ive actually never been served this on ice before. This is a nice Japanese Restaurant though, but maybe the cost bats a bit higher than the quality

I have been here a few times. Good selection of mains across many categories, good sides. Only exception is the ramen is pretty poor - broth lacking in flavour & badly over cooked noodles (the toppings are pretty good). Highly recommend the eel bowl. Karaoke is a good night here too. Prices are fine given the location. One small thing I love - the coat rack makes a lot more space at the table, a few other Japanese spots don’t have this.

Acabo de tener una caja de mariscos para el almuerzo y IT fue increíble. Especialmente el ebi tempura, IT fue tan crujiente y sabroso! Debo volver para probar más de su menú.
