Maneki in Dublin

Delicious albeit on the more expensive side.

Really enjoyed our visit to Maneki. Staff were friendly and upbeat from the moment we arrived. Service was very quick and food was delicious with wonderful presentation and generous portions.

Incredible sashimi & ebi tempura, the best we've had in a long time!

Great fun but don't order food they will scam you. They promised we'd have time to finish before I paid so we paid and then came to aggressively kick us out ten minutes later. After asking a few times they did eventually give us to go containers. Good fun really and fun for a group sing song, but do yourself a favour and only do drinks, no food!

Just had an amazing time at Maneki last night. We ordered the Holy Crab and it was absolutely scrumptious. Will deffo come back!

One of the most delicious sushi restaurants in Dublin. The service was incredible and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed. I liked the variety and the great flavor of the dishes. The value was good for the size of the dishes. I recommend trying all the drinks, especially the mojito.

This restaurant is a lovely setting and the atmosphere on a Wednesday evening was very buzzy. The staff were very friendly and attentive with water and were very helpful with carrying a buggy up and down stairs. However the food itself was disappointing for the prices. The egg fried rice with vegetables had very little veg and for €22 it was quite small and basic. The rice was a bit greasy as well and I thought it would be packed with veg but it was mostly onion and sweetcorn. I don't think I'd be rushing back.

An absolutely fantastic experience!! The food was delicious and definitely worth the price! We got the Holy Supreme and let me tell you, it was mouth watering. If you like a medium spicy, the Cajun is a great option! We decided against the spicy option and the Cajun still offered that beautiful kick without the overpowering burn which kills the taste, just complete perfection! And if you’re hungry? Trust me, when they say 2 people, they must mean two professional CONSUMERS, because we had to get half the meal as a TAKE AWAY! Value for money? YES INDEED! The atmosphere was so inviting, a nice little spot to eat, not overwhelming or cramped, and also… FREE LIVE PERFORMANCES, that is of course if you like to listen to a bunch of drunken people on the karaoke machine, however, my girlfriend and I absolutely adored the broken voices and out of tune follow along during oasis! The staff were also amazing, we had two very very nice ladies who were incredibly accommodating, the service charge was 12.5% but we made sure to tip 32% for a clean round up to €200. Usually the tips on my side account for 20% of the overall meal but the experience deserved an additional 20% to their service charge because I was THAT HAPPY! We will definitely be coming back as soon as our stomachs can even think about taking the amount of food we forced down that day. We are both so thankful for the experience and that grape sake, I might just grab one of those to go in the future ;). (Sorry about my photos not being the best!)
