Great food and lovely warm service

This is a real hidden gem! It's in one of the best locations in the City but in a quiet residential area, which is just perfect. The staff are really welcoming and helpful. The food was great and the bar was stocked with a wide range of beers and wines. Definitely recommend staying here.

Clean but old-fashioned room, broken shower rail, sink underside in poor condition, poorly painted walls, mediocre continental breakfast, boxed cereals, limited selection, bread arrived after breakfast, no fruit....go to a B&B instead... you'll be better served

We had a very good stay at the Maples House Hotel. It's true that there can be a bit of noise in the evenings from the restaurant, but the area is quiet. Our room was very nice, clean, with comfortable bedding. We liked the welcome, the breakfast, and the neighborhood, which is very beautiful and very easy to access with the buses at the end of the street. Very good value for money.

Nice cozy rooms.. Service good.. Especially Ms. Sanjana was very helpful and cooperative.

I had my Engagement party here last week and it was amazing start to Finnish. The function room was perfect and the staff were so helpful especially the Dj! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

The area is great, quiet and probably rather wealthy. The rooms are very small, old and, above all, noisy. I could hear everything from the room next door... Otherwise the hotel makes an effort. Conclusion: it works like this.

Everything was great, but there was one problem. There was live music at night and i could not sleep till midnight when the band stopped the music. I asked them to be quiter, but after next two songs the be louder again.
