Recently, I visited Marcos at Clondalkin Civic Centre, Ninth Lock Road, Dublin 22, and honestly — I didn’t expect to be this impressed. Usually, when you go somewhere to eat, you have a rough idea of what you’ll get. But this place completely broke my expectations — in the best and warmest way possible. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere hits you with genuine warmth. You step through the door and instantly feel that you’re being taken care of. The staff greet you as if they’ve known you for years — no coldness, no forced politeness, just real friendliness, sincerity, and a human touch. It immediately sets the tone and makes you feel like you’re not just entering a restaurant, but visiting close friends who are happy to see you. The interior is clean, bright, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The space feels calming and welcoming. You sit down — and it feels like all the stress stays outside. No distractions, no clutter, just a peaceful atmosphere that quietly tells you: “Relax, we’ve got you covered.” And then comes the food — and this is where I was genuinely amazed. Every dish felt like a celebration. The flavors were rich, bright, well-balanced, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. You can tell that the kitchen is run by people who truly care about what they do. Generous portions, beautiful presentation, everything served hot and freshly prepared. It’s been a while since I’ve eaten something that felt this “right.” The service deserves a special mention. The staff don’t just do their job — they go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect. They approach at the right moments, check if everything is okay, and offer help without being intrusive. That balance between attentiveness and respect — that’s real professionalism. I left Marcos feeling like I’d spent time in a place I genuinely want to return to. Everything works together here: the atmosphere, the food, the service, the mood. This restaurant isn’t just another spot on the map — it’s a small island of comfort where you feel welcome, well-fed, and appreciated. If you’re anywhere near Clondalkin Civic Centre, definitely drop in. I’m sure you’ll leave just as satisfied as I did — maybe even happier.

Very friendly and helpful each time. Usually go for the smoked cod and chips meal with a side of taco sauce 😏 (coating on the fish is nice and crispy). New “Sakura - Japanese Food” menu is amazing! Tastes amazing and the quality is top tier. I have tried the Teriyaki chicken (10/10) Chicken Kar-age (10/10) and the Kimchi fried rice 😍 I like it spicy but just to note that it is spicy(11/10) Overall lovely place to eat with amazing food and the staff is very friendly! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I had such a fantastic experience here! The pizza was absolutely delicious .You can tell a lot of care goes into the ingredients and preparation. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends!
