Great customer service with an evoucher today.

I sometimes have coffee and cake on floor three. I was there earlier this week and was very disappointed at how badly the lemon drizzle cake was cut. There were varying size pieces and on bringing it to the attention of a staff member at the counter they agreed. Surely someone in the kitchen can cut the slices equally because a slice costs enough nowadays. If I could add a photo I would.

Great marks and Spencer store located in Grafton Street great merchandise and love the interior reminds me of the old brown Thomas store that used to be in that location with the marble staircase

I love that the store is tidy all the time.

Variety to choose from. Tidy. I like their shoes and boots variety.

Best bread in the city, the supermarket is too cold.
