Maximilians Bistro in Dublin

Very Enjoyable evening with friends and family. To start we shared an antipasti which was absolutely delicious and plentiful. We also had the mussles to share which are always excellent. I regularly order mussles while out dining but find maxamilians to be the best around. They give you a large portion and they are always on the larger side, i would really recommend this starter. For my main i had the vongole which was outstanding. Again, plenty of large clams and the sauce was full of flavour. To top the evening off they had an incredible spanish singer there all the way from marbella. I hope to see her there again.

Good food, good service, a pleasant environment

The restaurant is nice. I ordered pasta with king prawns and cherry tomatoes and it was fine. The service could be better, the restaurant was not full and we were waiting a lot of time. Not sure if I will be back, there are better Italian restaurants around.

Went here with some colleagues after work on a mid-week evening. Menu is ok. I had a filet mignon which was excellent. Atmosphere was good. Staff were a little stilted, not very welcoming. Recommended.

Jeśli jesteś fanem pizzy i włoskiej kuchni,to polecam Ci to miejsce. Warto zarezerwować stolik- bez względu na liczbę osób. Dostępny parking. Jedyny minus- to obsługa kelnerska( pierwsze piętro): brak umiejętności w nawiązywaniu kontaktów z klientem,a jak wiemy jest to fundamentalna podstawa oraz wizytówka szanującej się restauracji.

i was looking to taste the braised beef cheeks, that dish was in the menu i have found online. when arrived there was a different menu given. my choice has fallen to mushroom risotto, it was worthy, but, o my god expensive! 20 euro for a portion, i thought city center restaurants are expensive. don't think that i will visit this place again.

Both of us enjoyed the black sole which was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. Generous portions, excellent service, cheerful friendly staff.
