Maximilians Bistro in Dublin

I recently visited with my wife, daughter, granddaughter and daughter in law. It was a busy Saint Patrick's day and the place was buzzing with great atmosphere. My daughter had previously been here an loved the carbonara, so 2 of the girls had that and 3 of us opted for the pizza. The quality of the food was amazing, and the staff were extremely helpful. We all enjoyed our food and we will definitely be back soon.

Nicest Italian meal I’ve had in a long time, couldn’t fault it from start to finish, starters, main and desserts so good I had to take home what I couldn’t finish when it came to the dessert ( forest fruit cheesecake) was too nice to leave behind. Staff were lovely, very attentive and friendly without being intrusive, good value for money all round! We’ll defo be back soon !!

Maximo Italiano Went here for Fathers Day with the family. Nice Italian ambience just off the Village main street in Blanchardstown. Lots of sea food on the menu which was good to see. Got a chance to try the wine. Well worth the visit.Dont be put off by the surroundings. #ramblingstampcollectors

I had a lovely experience at Maximilian’s Bistro. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. A special mention to our waiter, Florina, who provided excellent service throughout. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it!

We had such a wonderful experience, and a huge part of that was thanks to Florina. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She made us feel comfortable right away and took the time to walk us through the menu, offering recommendations that turned out to be absolutely perfect. She checked in at just the right times, always making sure we had everything we needed. Food is great, service amazing and location is really nice! We’ll definitely be back, and we hope to be seated in Florina's section again!
