The staff are lovely very friendly

like anywhere else, getting very expensive.. food is ok, but looks nothing like any pictures.

Check Fries are at least warm before you leave the counter. Ask for Salt, sugar, milk, serviettes/napkins etc also, as these are not currently on display in Artane MacD's. Otherwise its fine if you need a quick snack.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I visited McDonald’s in Coolock today at 1:30pm with my service user from our Day Service, and we were served by Jake at the counter. He was extremely helpful, patient, and provided outstanding service. Jake made sure we had everything we needed and was very kind throughout our visit. The burgers were very dry , hardly any sauce and the lettuce was manky and tasted funny.

From the moment I stepped in, Hayden greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism that you don’t always expect in a fast-food setting. He handled a busy queue with total calm and kept a friendly smile the whole time. What really stood out was his attention to detail, his quick service without sacrificing quality, and the way he made each customer feel welcome and respected. You could tell he truly cared about doing a great job. People like Hayden make a real difference — not just to the service, but to the whole experience.
