McDonald's in Dublin

I'm old - since the couriers were introduced this place has become too manic for me. But I come for the food and the chat (with Sharon) and it still has a buzz

Food was just ok. Not particularly hot - like it had been cooked a while!

It's the staff always the staff they are brilliant and very professional. These are young people of all different nationalities who want to work and work well together. I've seen the new guys start and are very nervous and you can see they are uncomfortable in their new surroundings but you can see the change as the weeks go on. Then you can see the people who move up a step or two and see them develop. By the way they get to know the customers the good and the bad but me as a customer I see and get to know the staff too. When I walk in or drive through it's like watching a live soap opera. I can see it all going on their work environment is exposed to us all we do not speak to them as much as we would like too because they are flat out but we know your faces especially the kind ones of which there are many. So when you rock up smile at them thank them and for God's sake clean up after yourself especially in the carpark respect them the way you would want to be respected. They are a great bunch of people. Oh by the way it's not a Michelin star restaurant and they don't pretend to be but the food is really good and the kitchens are of a high standard and too much of everything is bad for you so moderation and enjoy the food for what it's is. I've never not eaten what I ordered although Im a BK whopper man myself.

Another McDonald's, huh... I'm sorry, but I have to say that the restrooms in these places can sometimes have a bit of an unpleasant smell.

Drive through is always a nightmare. Waited 35 mins on my order

Ordered bacon bap it comes with a hash brown and orange juice it costs €7.35 and I only got one rasher I could not even taste the rasher it was lost in the bun, won't be returning again if I do it Will be to complain if I wasn't rushing back to work I would have returned it 😡

We paid for, but didn't get, our full order. Too far away, in traffic to go back.

Went in there this afternoon (14/12/2025) and there was a couple in there roaring abuse about a refund. Their behaviour was disgraceful and to think they could treat someone like that is awful. Fair play to the shift leader/ manager with the pink hair and the red Christmas jumper on. She handled the situation fantastically and had so much patience and respect even when she was getting screamed at for something out of her control. She deserves a raise or at least a nice Christmas present from the BM.

I mean is MC Donald's, it's always okay... But never something major
