Our Krups bean to cup decided to die on us after 3 years of heavy (apparently 😁) use, not a standard model but Patrycjusz advised he will get it repaired. He is great in managing timing and expectations as well us giving updates on what needs to be repaired, costs etc. Also he is super friendly with great approach to customers. We are delighted to have the machine back fully operational and enjoy our coffee at home again. Thank you 🙏
