He’s not just skilled with espresso; his friendly demeanor and quick smile make every visit a pleasant experience. And let’s talk about the food! My all-time favorite is the “Triple C” sandwich – a culinary masterpiece. It’s a delightful combination of crispy chicken, cheddar cheese, and a special creamy sauce, all perfectly sandwiched between freshly baked bread. It’s the kind of sandwich that makes your day better. Whether it’s for the top-notch coffee, the delicious Triple C, or just a chat with Raul, this coffee shop is a must-visit in Dublin Docklands. Truly one of the best coffees I have had in Dublin. The barista offeres you insights into the coffee beans he is using each time you get one and he is a big reason have been going to MellowMood at least once a week. FYI, it is inside Spaces, which makes it only a take away coffee. Worth it though :)
